Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of MosaicPay, operated by OKO230688 LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
What MosaicPay does
MosaicPay lets you fund a payment card with cryptocurrency. You send stablecoins to an address we generate for you; we convert them and load the balance onto a card issued by one of our partners.
We are not a bank and we do not issue the cards ourselves. The card is issued and operated by a licensed partner, and its own cardholder terms apply to the card account alongside these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Registration is currently by invitation. You may hold one account and must not let anyone else use it.
You are responsible for the security of your email account, since it is how you sign in.
Fees
- Crypto deposit: a fixed fee of 1 USDT per deposit, deducted from the credited amount. It covers the on-chain cost of moving your funds out of the deposit address.
- Card top-up: 3.5% of the amount moved from your balance onto a card.
- Card issuance: charged per card where the partner applies one; the amount is shown before you confirm.
Conversion uses the market rate at the moment of conversion, shown to you before you confirm. Fees may change; we will tell you before a change takes effect.
Deposits and conversions
Send only the asset and network stated for each address. Anything else — a different token, a different chain, or a contract interaction — is likely to be unrecoverable, and we cannot undertake to return it.
A deposit is credited once the network has confirmed it to the depth we require. Blockchain transactions are final: once broadcast, they cannot be reversed by us.
Using the card
Card payments, declines, disputes and chargebacks are handled by the issuing partner under its rules and the scheme rules. If a payment is declined for insufficient funds, no money leaves the card.
You may freeze a card at any time in the app. We may block a card or an account where required by law, where the partner requires it, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
What you must not do
Do not use MosaicPay for anything unlawful, to launder money, to evade sanctions, or to fund activity prohibited by the card schemes. Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the service, or to access another customer's data.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Parts of it depend on third parties — card partners, blockchain networks, exchange-rate sources — whose outages can delay deposits, conversions or card operations.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including partner or network outages, price movements, or funds sent to the wrong address or network.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Closing your account
You may close your account at any time; withdraw or spend your balance first. We may close an account with notice, or immediately where the law or a partner requires it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Contact us first at support@mosaicpay.io — most issues are resolved there.
